Promenade for Restaurants Referral Program
Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: This referral offer is open to all existing Promenade for Restaurants partners in good standing.
- Referral Bonus: When an existing partner refers a new partner to Promenade for Restaurants, and the new partner’s website launches, the referring partner will receive a $150 credit towards Promenade for Restaurants services. This credit will be applied to the referring partner’s account 30 days after the new partner’s website goes live.
- New Partner Bonus: New partners who sign a contract with Promenade for Restaurants as a result of a referral will immediately receive a $150.00 credit towards Promenade for Restaurant services. This credit is not combinable with any other offer, promotion or discount.
- Usage of Credits: Credits are non-transferable and can only be used towards Promenade for Restaurants services. They cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
- Validation: Promenade for Restaurants reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both the referring and referred partners. Referrals found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms will be disqualified, and any credits awarded will be revoked.
- Modification & Termination: Promenade for Restaurants reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.
Acceptance of Terms: Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Promenade for Restaurants referral offer and contest, participants indicate their full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of Promenade for Restaurants ’s Terms of Service.
