Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility:

This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who are registered users of the Promenade (“the Company”) platform. The promotion is valid for only new non-enterprise and enterprise account holders. By participating in this promotion, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Promotion Period:

The promotion period will begin on November 21st, 2023, and will end on November 30, 2023. To be eligible for the promotion, you must sign up or have an existing account with the Company during this period.

3. Offer Details:

• Non-Enterprise Accounts:

Participants with non-enterprise accounts will be eligible to receive a one-time credit equivalent to the amount of their first monthly fee on their account. The monthly fee amount for each eligible account type is as follows:

Basic Plan: $199 monthly fee

Pro Plan: $249 monthly fee

Premium Plan: $349 monthly fee

• Enterprise Accounts:

Participants with enterprise accounts will be eligible to receive $500 in the form of a gift card.

• Additionally, both non-enterprise and enterprise accounts will receive the Reputation Management Feature complimentary (valued at $250 / month). 

4. Qualification Criteria:

To qualify for the promotion, participants must meet the following conditions:

• Maintain an active account on the Company’s platform for a continuous period of six (6) months from the date of sign-up.
• Keep their account in good standing without any violations of the Company’s terms of service during the promotion period.
• For non-enterprise accounts, the monthly fee payments must be made promptly and in full for the entire six-month period.

5. Crediting of Rewards:

Upon meeting the qualification criteria, eligible participants will receive their reward as follows:

For non-enterprise accounts, the monthly fee amount will be credited to their account after the six (6) month qualification criteria are met.

For enterprise accounts, the $500 reward will be credited in the form of a gift card. Partners will be notified of the gift card delivery method and timeline.

The Reputation Management Feature will be included complimentary once the website is launched on the Promenade platform. 

6. Account Changes and Termination:

If participants make any changes to their account type during the promotion period, they may become ineligible for the promotion. Additionally, if participants terminate their account or violate the Company’s terms of service before the end of the six-month period, they will forfeit their eligibility for the promotion.

7. Non-Transferable:

The rewards offered through this promotion are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other benefits.

8. Modification and Termination:

The Company reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. In case of any changes, the revised terms and conditions will be posted on the Company’s website.

9. Disqualification:

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent activity during the promotion.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the participant is conducting business with Promenade. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the state where the participant is conducting business with Promenade.

11. Acceptance of Terms: 

By taking advantage of the offer, participants indicate their full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of Promenade’s Terms of Service.
