Complimentary Photoshoot

1. Eligibility:

This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who are registered users of Promenade (“the Company”) platform. The promotion is valid for only new non-enterprise and enterprise account holders. You agree to comply with these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.

2. Promotion Period:

The promotion period will begin on March 3rd, 2024, and will end on March 31, 2024. To be eligible for the promotion, you must sign up with the Company during this period.

3. Offer Details:

Participants will be eligible to receive a one-time complimentary photoshoot session provided by Bl (2 hours) or a credit towards their Nation services ($250) within three months of their Nation website launch date.

4. Qualification Criteria:

To qualify for the promotion, participants must meet the following conditions:

• Be a new Nation partner;
• Sign a contract to join Nation between 3/3/24 and 3/31/24;
• Keep their account in good standing without any violations of the Company’s Terms of Service.

5. Photoshoot:

• Restaurant owners are responsible for preparing dishes before the photographer’s arrival. We recommend:
  • 6-10 whole entrees
  • 6-10 appetizers/side dishes
  • 6-10 other menu items
• The time of the photoshoot is limited to 2 hours
• Once the photoshoot is scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.

6. Account Changes and Termination:

If participants make any changes to their account type during the promotion period, they may become ineligible for the promotion. Additionally, if participants terminate their account or violate the Company’s terms of service before the scheduled photoshoot, they will forfeit their eligibility for the promotion.

7. Non-Transferable:

The rewards offered through this promotion are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other benefits.

8. Modification and Termination:

The Company reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. In case of any changes, the revised terms and conditions will be posted on the Company’s website.

9. Disqualification:

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent activity during the promotion.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state where the participant is conducting business with Nation. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the state where the participant is conducting business with Nation.

11. Acceptance of Terms: 

By taking advantage of the offer, participants indicate their full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of Promenade’s Terms of Service.
